arranged a fun RoadTrip to San Felipe for the Blues & Arts Fiesta!
Whether you prefer to join our traveling party in the RussBus van or follow

own vehicle as a part of our caravan, you will enjoy the trip.
We'll
make all needed arrangements for rooms & tickets for the shows.
If you join us in the van, there are no
worries about Toll Booth costs or who wants to drive!
We will provide
transportation to & from the venue several times each day.
Our
itinerary is listed below along with a line up of the music that has
been
scheduled for the two day Fiesta.

Itinerary:
THURSDAY, MARCH 21
Depart Peñasco (9 a.m.)
Expect approximately a 5 hour drive with military checkpoint
and limited gas/restroom stops* along the way.
Check into hotel. Welcome Happy Hour Drinks provided by Penasco Recreation.
Then, take a short walk out to the beach or over to town.
Enjoy a casual dinner at the hotel's restaurant/bar or choose another nearby
restaurant, including an Old Mexico Ranchero Steakhouse.

FRIDAY & SATURDAY, MARCH 22 & 23
Two days of Blues and Arts.
The venue this year is the Pavilion at La Ventana del Mar (El Dorado Ranch).
For passengers of the RussBus, transportation at specific times will be
provided throughout the day and evening.

Enjoy breakfast as you wish.
Check out. On the road by 11. Return to Peñasco.

* Note:
The road to San Felipe is fairly remote
as we travel along the coastal highway
and then through a series of small towns
and then onto San Felipe.

VIP TICKETS AVAILABLE:
General admission tickets for the Blues and Arts Fiesta do not include
seating.
Bring your own folding chair or a blanket for general admission seating.
VIP tickets will include a table, chair and shade along with being
closer to the stage.
These tickets are an additional $40 per person for the two day event.
If you choose these tickets, it will be added to your deposit fee.
HOTEL INFORMATION:
* This is a small hotel that has good rates, good reviews and is in a good location.

Basic Room Rate (2 person in room): $60 U.S. per night
